FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly gets posted?

One post on each platform, Monday to Friday. Each platform gets a different post, and each post is either a still or a three-to-five-second animation. That is fifteen posts a week, about 65 a month.

Which platforms?

Your personal Facebook, your Facebook business Page and Instagram. Your Google Business Profile can be added for $150 a month, at the same cadence: one post every weekday.

Do you reply to comments or messages?

No. Posting Up does not reply to comments, messages or reviews, and does not communicate with anyone on your behalf. It posts. That is the whole job.

Do I get reports?

No. There are no analytics, reports or numbers. Everything the platforms show you is still there for you to look at, in your own accounts.

Do I approve every post?

During onboarding you redline the first week and correct anything that sounds off. After that the posts go out on schedule, and anything you flag is changed.

Who writes and designs the posts?

They are built from your brand and your voice during onboarding, and a person here reads every post before it goes out. AI does real work here, the same way good tools do in the hands of somebody who knows what they are making. A person makes the calls and answers for them.

What is the stock imagery?

Background images made in your style, for the posts that call for one. It is optional and costs nothing extra.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Every account stays in your name, before, during and after.

Is there a contract?

There is a one-page working agreement, signed by both sides, that records what you get and what it costs. It runs month to month. Cancellation is easy: a 30-day notice is all that is required.

What about video, ads or a website?

Posting Up does not do them. Only the posts.
